Letter from Mommy

Dear Noah,
You made your arrival into the world a month ago. I just love you more and more with every second that passes, every coo you make, every time your beautiful innocent eyes make contact with mine, every sweet sigh that comes from your lips. You are perfect in every way and you are mine <3 I am the luckiest, most blessed mommy ever because you are here with me. When your daddy and I got married we knew right away we couldn't wait to start our family. When I first saw that little stick say "pregnant" I was overjoyed. As the months went on and you grew inside of me our love grew more and more for you. It was one of our favorite things to sit and rub my belly and talk to you. You loved your daddy’s voice and squirmed all around when you heard him. You are such a silly little guy with your kicks and somersaults.

You are such a sweet baby. The little sounds you make all day are so cute. I feel like you are talking to us. You have such a relaxed disposition. I love the faces you make at us. We feel so privileged to be your parents. You are a precious son of our Heavenly Father entrusted in our care. There are so many things I look forward to doing with you. Going on walks, reading to you at night, taking trips to the library, museums, and the zoo, taking you to church and all the Relief Society ladies telling us how cute you are. Daddy and I are going to teach you so many things too. That you are loved, that there is a plan just for you, that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love and know you. I know that the Plan of Salvation is true and real. I know that because your daddy and I were sealed in the Temple we get to be with you forever. We are an eternal family. I just love you so so much! I love you more than all the stars in the sky.
Oodles and Oodles of Love, Mommy

Update on our life

It's funny how we can be so busy and yet at the same time not so busy. These past couple weeks at home have been so great. I love being able to spend all day with Noah. He is just so cute and sweet. He makes such silly faces and sounds. Before he gets latched on to eat he clicks his tongue and after he does a raspberry. haha He is so precious! I can't believe it has been 4 weeks since he was born. He has been awake for more of the day lately which is fun.

Sean went back to work and started school last week. He is doing full time school and part time work so he can get through school faster. He is only working Saturdays but its a full day! He is there from 7am to 11pm. I missed him so much that whole day. It was really sweet that he kept texting me asking how Noah was and asking for pictures to be sent to him. I love how evolved he is. Mon- Fri he is at school from 8am to 3pm. It works out perfectly because when I go back to work I will be there from 7am to 3pm so we will get off at the same time. I still have 4 weeks til I have to go back to work. In the mean time in the morning I do chores at my house while Noah is sleeping then he wakes up mid morning and we play til afternoon. During the afternoon I have been going to my mom's house to hang out. She loves it! Getting to spend time with Noah and getting Cortney used to being with Noah has been so fun for her. I miss having Sean be with us all day but its good he is back in school. He is really enjoying his classes already. Breastfeeding is still going great and Noah is growing big and strong. Really really strong. He lifts his head up and can support his own head really well already. Also when he does tummy time he tries to get in the crawl position as well. Its so cute!

So basically that's what the Howell family has been up to. Also we have taken Noah out to see friends and gone to a couple of friend's parties as well. We mostly just watch Noah be adorable and talk with him. Noah what I know all of you have been wanting
More pictures of Noah!

He makes this face all the time. Its his kisses face

This is his animal cards. He stares at them very intently. They are supposed to be good for his eye development.
 Bath Time!

Isn't he so cute in his bath robe :)
Nom Nom Nom... I like to eat my hand

Noah photoshoot

Our friend Andraya Detrich is just amazing! I have known her since I was like 10 years old. She is pretty much good at anything she does. She is the one who has been doing my hair since high school. Another one of her many talents is photography. She did our wonderful engagement pictures as well as the maternity pictures. Now that I think of it I don't think I put the maternity pictures on here... Hmmm. I'll have to check and see. Anyway, back to the post at hand. She did our family pictures last week too! I love how they turned out. Sean and I have one very handsome little son. I mean seriously, I didn't know it was possible for one person to be so darn adorable. But it is true, Noah has adorable mastered. We did some family pictures and some of just our little guy. I had the idea of putting him in a white onesie and a tie with the "Future Missionary" tag from Deseret Book. I'm so happy we did that shot because it is my favorite. We are going to get a big copy of it and frame it in his room next to a picture of the Temple. So here you go, our beautiful family :)
